Why do we
Not ask for help?
When we thought
We may be just alright.

Do we feel alright?

When we had done
Everything on our own
And by ourselves
Without any help,
Without others too,
Nobody but our own;

Why would we
exclude ourselves
and exclude everyone?
When all we wanted
was love and support?

And we would
Cry for help.
No one would
Hear us,
Nobody would
Show up,
To help us;

We then become
A hermit crab,
A porcupine,
A lone wolf,
behind those walls,
Which are hard
to trespass
to reached over
and love.

But love never hurts,
What isn’t hurts.
